We had absolutely no idea where to begin with the flowers for our wedding other than a few pins on Pinterest. I only contacted a handful of florists but Ellen stood out a mile with her incredibly helpful and down to earth approach. She very quickly understood what we were after (which I am still in awe of as we had no idea what we were talking about!). She was also able to advise us on costings and budget so that we really felt we were getting exactly what we wanted.
Throughout the pandemic she was a welcome tonic of calm and professionalism. With things changing right up until the day before our “micro wedding” Ellen remained completely unflappable: I never thought I’d get so emotional over flowers but her creations were everything and more. We can’t wait to see the decorations for our reception later in the year and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Ellen’s incredible service. Also check out the shop- we’ve always come away with lovely goodies!
Ellen made all of the floral arrangements for our wedding in December. She was truly professional and accommodating as, due to the pandemic, we had gone from a large wedding to a micro wedding and then had a room change thrown in for good measure. Throughout all of this she was very supportive and made insightful suggestions. Her floristry knowledge is excellent and she really understood our vision at each step. She worked flawlessly with the venue to add that floral magic to our day.
We were very happy with the choices that we made, but to see the Bridal bouquet, the Matron of Honour’s posy, buttonholes and room and table flowers on the day was incredible. We were so thrilled, they were perfect.
We are so excited to be working with Ellen again for our big reception this December and have lots of ideas from last year’s consultations and the wedding itself. We would highly recommend Bright Blooms Floral Boutique and thank Ellen so much for helping to make our day so special.
We got married back in April this year and I’ve been meaning to say a huge thank you to Ellen and the team for sorting out our flowers and button holes for the day. The team at Bright Blooms had taken all of my ideas to make them into everything I wanted and made changes when i was indecisive with the amount of flowers i wanted to order. I cannot fault Bright Blooms in any way!!
In fact i had been to another florist prior to bright blooms to which the woman asked me 1. not to bring a child in (a 6 year old) and 2. to arrange a meeting rather than just walking in, she also proceeded to say that she didn’t have any flowers i wanted and i would have to change my mind on the flowers. No wonder that place has closed down!!.
Ellen was extremely accommodating along with her team. I’m so thankful for what she did for us. Thank you!!!
Bright Blooms are super stars, they created all of our flowers for our wedding day and they were perfect, exactly what we wanted everything was so pretty, my bouquet was just beautiful I loved it.

From start to finish Ellen and her team was just incredible.
It’s a really nerve wracking process to pick out flowers for such a huge occasion as a wedding. You generally have no idea where to start, what to get, what things are… completely lost but Ellen guided me through the whole process in such incredible detail. She stood out from the crowd with her amazing mood board that gave me a real idea of what the finished product would look like.
We had phone calls, emails, face to face catch ups in her stunning shop and despite me being an annoying bride who constantly changed her mind no request, change or question was ever too much. She was always on hand when I needed and helped so much in taking the stress off during such an emotional and stressful time! The flowers themselves were INCREDIBLE!!
She took full control of the designs and they were so much better than I could have possibly dreamed. The amount of compliments we got regarding them was insane! The whole service from start to finish, was just impeccable and I’d recommend Ellen and her team to any bride out there searching for their wedding florist! Just amazing and can’t thank them enough!

Please send us any details you have for your wedding flowers below. Such as Colours, Venue, Style, and a brief list of what you would like (such as Bouquets, Table flowers etc.). We suggest creating a Pinterest board as that is a great place to start. (You may get carried away!) We will then work our magic to create a quote/personal Pinterest board for yourself and set up a consultation to meet you in person to get started planning your wedding day.
